  • Who is Wiggies ?
    The business name of Wiggies Company originated from the term "wags" that is correlated with a figure of a wagging tail. The idea of a dog or cat wagging its tail means that they are satisfied and happy with the Wags Diaper. Hence, a wagging tail of a dog defines the quality of the company’s products and satisfaction of the customers.
  • What products do you offer?
    Wags Diaper, It is an eco-friendly disposable diaper intended for pets and environmentally-conscious consumers. It is available in any size and in both genders of pets. Not only is the diaper eco-friendly but is also budget-friendly and has a high-absorbent capacity.
  • Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
    We are located in Cebu City, we don't have a physical store yet but we plan to open one soon for any furparents who wish to purchase the Wags Diaper in person.
  • Do you accept pick-ups?
    Yes, we accept pick-ups at 88th Avenue, Gov. M. Cuenco Ave, Cebu City.
  • Do you offer nationwide shipping?
    No, we are currently based in Cebu as it is the most convenient location to sell our products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Log-in to your account or create a new one if you haven’t registered yet. Click on the item you want to purchase. Select the quantity and size from the drop-down located at the product page. You may also check our size chart for reference. Click the “Add to Cart” button. A pop-up will appear confirming that your product has been successfully added to your shopping cart. Click “Proceed to check-out”. Fill-up the necessary information and click “Proceed to check-out”. Read through the Terms and Conditions and tick the box if you agree. Click “Proceed to check-out”. Select your preferred payment method. Once done, you will be receiving a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cash on Delivery, GCash, and Bank Transfer.
  • What is your return policy?
    All products confirmed to have hidden defects at the time of purchase are eligible to be returned for an exchange, a credit note or a refund. Wiggies has the right to refuse acceptance of a return when: The product was in good condition at the time of delivery. The defect resulted from improper handling, storage and/or use. Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase and must be accompanied by a photo of the defective part as proof. Eligible products for return may either be: Exchanged for another item, any price difference to be settled at the time of exchange; Exchanged for an e-gift certificate valid for future use only at our website or; Refunded at the same amount and with the same tender type as at the time of purchase.
